Which countries do you ship to? 

We ship to most countries in Asia, Europe, North America. If you are not sure we ship to your location or not, feel free to email us at support@hannanikole.com or contact us via the contact form to check it. 

 

About shipping method


Standard shipping: Standard shipping will be free of charge everyday on every order.If standard shipping is selected, your order may be shipped via a variety of carrier and take approximately 7-20 business days depending on the destination. Please allow us for 1-2 business days to prepare your package after the order being placed. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.

Expedited Shipping: If you want to get your package sooner, you can select expedited shipping method at checkout, which will cost extra money depending on your destination and weight of package. If expedited shipping is selected, you order will be shipped via DHL, Fedex, or other express delivery service, and take approximately 5-7 days to arrive. Please allow us for 1-2 business days to prepare your package after the order being placed. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Tracking Shipping
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the details of your shipment and your tracking number.
